Where are the sessions held?
We'll meet most Saturday morning at 37 Noble Street (the Bandit Store) for our sessions. (Select sessions will be held in Lower Manhattan at the ASICS store.)

What will the sessions consist of?
Long runs, workouts, strength sessions, workshops, meetings with our physical therapist and mobility experts, and more. We'll have food, beverage, and recovery tools available at every session.
What if I'm not running NYC?
We've accepted athletes running NYC as well as Chicago and Philadelphia. We will cater your training to each marathon and ensure you are on track for your race, no matter which one it is.
Will there be pace groups?
Yes! We've accepted athletes across a handful of pace groups and have 10 pacers on staff to make sure everyone sticks together and hits their goal times.
How many other people are joining?
We have room to accommodate about 100 total athletes this Fall.
What if I can't make it to orientation?
If you can't make orientation, we'll get you caught up to speed at the first Saturday session and hold your welcome package for you. We'll also be recording our Virtual orientation and can send you that to watch.
What if I can't make every session?
We understand it's a busy time of year and if you can't make every session, that's not a problem. The Program and marathon training in general work best with consistency, so we strongly encourage you to join every session you can.
