Return Policy
Bandit has a 21-day return policy (some exceptions apply), which means returns must be initiated within 21 days from the date your date was delivered or purchased in-store. To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition that you received them: unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in the original packaging.
All international orders are final sale. We do not accept returns for small batch specialty items, and products with custom printing for races, clubs and crews, and pop-up stores. Bundled items within the same bundle can be exchanged for alternative sizes, and are non-refundable (pending size availability).
To start a return or exchange, visit Bandit Running Returns. You can exchange for a new item or return for a refund (some exceptions apply). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please notify us immediately (and within the 21-day return policy) if you receive the wrong item or an item is defective or damaged upon receipt. Visit Bandit Running Returns and follow the prompt for wrong or damaged items so we can review your order. Damaged items are considered received in damaged condition or have a manufacturing defect. Exchanges
Visit Bandit Running Returns to initiate an exchange for a new size or item. To exchange, first create a return and then you will be able to pick a new size. With instant exchanges, your new exchange order is placed immediately. This is the fastest way to ensure you get what you want. You’ll receive an email with new tracking confirmation as soon as your new order ships.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will review the item(s) and if approved, we will process a full refund on your original payment method within 10 business days. We will email you when the refund is issued. Please remember, once your refund is issued, it may take up to 10 additional days to be processed and reflect on your account. If you opted for store credit, you’ll receive an email with a digital gift card to use towards your next purchase.
