Order processing time is 3-5 business days unless stated otherwise. Due to high order volume from the Spring drop, it may take longer than normal (5-7 business days) to process your order. What is Route Package Protection?
As of February 6, 2024, we offer Route Package Protection to safeguard your order in the event that it is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. The cost is $1.95 for orders under $100 and 3% of your order subtotal for orders over $100. Route Package Protection can be added to your cart at checkout.

What is your return/exchange policy?
Bandit has a 21-day return policy (some exceptions apply), which means returns must be initiated within 21 days from your date of shipment or in-store purchase. To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition that you received them: unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in the original packaging. All international orders are final sale. We do not accept returns for small batch specialty items, and products with custom printing for races, clubs and crews, and pop-up stores.
