Bandit Grand Prix Giveaway Official Rules

Eligibility:
The Bandit Grand Prix Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Bandit Running (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter or win.

Giveaway Period:
The Giveaway begins today, June 11, 2025 and ends at  11:59 PM EST on June 20, 2025. (the “Giveaway Period”).

How to Enter:
To enter, complete the entry form  during the Giveaway Period. Limit one (1) entry per person. Any attempt to submit more than one entry may result in disqualification.

Prize:
One (1) winner will receive:

• Two (2) roundtrip flights to New York City (economy class, from within the continental U.S.)
• A two-night hotel stay (double occupancy)
• Complimentary Bandit Grand Prix merchandise for winner and guest
• Two (2) entries to all Bandit Grand Prix events and activities during the weekend

Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of prize: $2,500. The actual value may vary depending on departure city and hotel rates at time of booking. No substitution, cash redemption, or transfer of prizes permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion.Note: All other expenses not expressly stated above are the sole responsibility of the winner and guest, including but not limited to ground transportation, meals, incidental expenses, gratuities, and any personal purchases.

Winner Selection and Notification:
Winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about June 21, 2025. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winner will be notified via email and must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond in time or is found ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.

Travel Details:
Travel must occur on dates designated by Sponsor to coincide with the Bandit Grand Prix event (July 5–6, 2025). Winner and guest are responsible for complying with all travel and event requirements, including government ID and TSA regulations.

Publicity Release:
By entering, you agree that Bandit Running may use your name, likeness, and/or entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

General Conditions:
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found tampering with the entry process or violating these Official Rules. By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Bandit Running and its affiliates from any and all liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance of the prize.
