All Gift Cards and Member Credits live on your Member Wallet Pass. You can download your Member Wallet Pass to your phone wallet here. When shopping online, use the code listed in your pass details. When are Member Credits added to my Member Wallet Pass?
Member Credits are added after the Partner’s return window closes. Each Partner has a different return policy, which you can find on their site. For example, COROS has a 30 day return window, so any earned credit will appear on your Member Card 31 days after purchase, provided no return was made.

HOW DOES BANDIT CREDIT ON PARTNER PURCHASES WORK?
Shortly after your qualifying partner purchase, all Credit Back will appear under the "Pending" section in your dashboard. Once the return window closes for your purchase, the Credit will advance to "Active" and become usable.

I renewed my Membership, but I never received my Socks or Gift Card. What should I do?
Search your inbox (using the email tied to your Membership) for the subject line “Get your free Member Socks”. Open that email to select your sock size. Once submitted, your socks will ship and your $75 Gift Card will be automatically added to your Member Card. If you can’t find the email or run into any issues, contact Customer Support.

Why don’t I see a Benefit in my portal that’s advertised on the Membership Site?
The Member Portal shows only the Benefits available in your region. If a Partner doesn’t currently offer their Benefit in your area, it won’t appear in your Portal. We do this to keep your experience relevant and accurate.

Memberships run for one full year and cannot be paused. Even if unused, you’ll continue to receive all Member Benefits until your renewal date. If you’d like to cancel future renewals, contact Customer Support. Your current Membership will remain active until the end of your year, and then it won’t renew automatically.
